Founder and CEO

Gabby has over 25 years working for corporations and consulting firms. Having started her career in technology, Gabby enjoyed deeply technical work in custom application development, database architecture, and infrastructure and operations before moving into leadership roles and then transitioning into consulting.

During her time as a leader in consulting, Gabby has worked for a small boutique consultancy as well as at one of the fastest-growing and well-regarded larger consulting firms. During her tenure both in industry and in consulting, Gabby has received multiple awards and has been widely recognized for her leadership skills in client management, delivery, and business operations.

Gabby has spent over a decade coaching and mentoring clients, team members, and employees, and is sought after as a panelist and speaker on leadership and the unique challenges women face working in technology. Gabby has also created and delivered extensive training on consulting and professional skills and is widely regarded as a thought leader in this space.
